Algorithm is a business knowledge accelerator for young adults and teenagers. It has the essential intent of developing business acumen in young Africans and multiply their advantage via an early start at entrepreneurship towards the ultimate objective of building sustainable business enterprises in Africa.
Our flagship business club for young business leaders is a community that teaches teenagers and young adults the fundamentals of leadership and entrepreneurship adopting technology and innovative thinking.
Our curriculum is made to order for young Africans and our formula which is underpinned by three pillars: Acumen (good business judgment), Integrity (doing the right things) and Cultural intelligence (customised African solutions) creates an immersive experience geared at both theoretical and practical understanding of commerce.
Our pilot edition which commenced in August 2020 enlisted over hundred beneficiaries.
The business club is run in annual cycles with membership.
